Electric Plating

Our large plating facilities ensure that we can easily adapt to your specific needs. Our facilities include a Fully Automated Ring-Type Rack Plating Line, 3 Semi-Automated Acide Copper Line, and 1 Semi-Automated Aluminium Plating line. All of our finished batch is tested with the standard of CASS 4H Level 10 and CASS 24HR Level 9.

Powder Coating

Powder coating is a technique used to apply a decorative and protective finish to a wide range of products.  One of the first and the most important step to powder coating is the pretreatment. We incorporate pretreatment in our powder coating process which consist of a multi-tank wash system to ensure your parts are properly prepared for coating.

Electric Coating

E-coating, also known as electrodeposition coating, is a method of painting that uses electrical current to deposit paint on a surface. More industries are selecting electrocoating for their excellent finish quality and versatile options. With coatings speeds up to 40” per minute, the line efficiently accommodates small and large parts up to 50×40 inches which exceeding many OEM performance requirements.
